Site documentation covers accounts, authentication, date formats, etc. ... How to use the site for APIs.

If the topics do not address your needs, you can convert your query to an email ticket.

Technical API and site issues

These are any issue which the site team will need to replicate to fix. They include:

  • Unexpected errors
  • Authentication problems
  • Rate limits

These can be reported using the Support Request Template .

Application issues

The APIs interact with product resources. If you are having trouble with:

  • Product settings
  • Product functionality and behavior
  • Account settings
