Site support model
There are three main types of user questions on this site. Each has a different support model.
Technical API and site issues
These are any issue which the site team will need to replicate to fix. They include:
- Unexpected errors
- Authentication problems
- Rate limits
These can be reported using the Support Request Template .
The APIs interact with product resources. If you are having trouble with:
- Product settings
- Product functionality and behavior
- Account settings
Use the LogMeIn product support site.
If the documentation you encounter in the Help bot, or the menu-linked How-tos or FAQ, the Help bot includes an escalation path.
